This one tip will help your leaders know how to stop bullying in their workplace. There are some leaders who don’t know where to start. They know that something needs to change, but how?

This blog shows you how to start the process with a tested strategy. Many of my clients implemented the process with lots of success. As long as they took this seriously, and made immediate changes to stop bullying.

You will find the previous links to articles in this series on “How to Handle Bullies” towards the end of the article.

  • The code is created by employees and leadership

  • Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to measure progress
  • Follow-up, analyze, and respond to the data

Provide Training and Coaching for Leaders to Stop Bullying

  • Provide communication coaching for leaders to address the bully’s disruptive behavior

Thoughts from Joyce

Many of my clients are leaders and human resource professionals who need support on how to stop bullying and negative behavior.

They transform from not knowing how to address this to feel confident using their voice. Additionally, they start training their employees on how to resolve their conversations with difficult relationships.

This is the key. Training and coaching the entire company to stand up for themselves in a positive way. This is a win-win for everyone. Direct reports stop complaining to human resources or leaders. They use strategies learned during coaching sessions and put them to use immediately.

Clients find the Conflict Dynamic Assessment is an eye-opener to them. This is a great way to start finding blind spots, personal triggers, and how they react during the conflict.

Don’t take my word on this. Here’s a testimonial from a coaching client that wanted to sing my praises.
