Do you want to stop dealing with a bully at home or work?
Are you ready to stop feeling like a target and start using your voice?
This post includes information on how to easily Kick Conflict to the Curb™
Stop Dealing with a Bully Tip 1:
Start observing your bully. Noice if he or she treats others as rudely as he or she does to you. This may help you realize that the behavior has nothing to do with you, and you can stop taking this personally.
Stop Dealing with a Bully Tip 2:
Take some time to self-reflect on what you learn about yourself. Discover how to stop reacting to him or her and start caring for yourself. This is the time to shift your mind from “I’m weak around my bully” to “I am in control, and my bully is rude to others, not just me.”
