Isn’t it amazing how much drama occurs at work?  It’s like they have their own reality TV show!
If you relate, it’s costing you productivity, morale, and the bottom line.

I’m doing research on what kind of drama people are experiencing at work and home – especially since our world has been knocked upside down during this pandemic.  I will take this information and write future blogs and include scenarios in my online course:  Kick Conflict to the Curb.
