Personal Development never gets old. For years I thought I was addicted to work. I recently discovered that I’m addicted to learning and not working. The good news is I feed my brain with new coaching strategies. The bad news is I need to take a break at times. I can live with that! 🙂
- Are you a parent, leader, or coach?
- Do you help others to develop their professional or personal development?
- Are you ready to discover an important insight for your growth?

Personal Development Tip #1
- Teachers, parents, coaches, and leaders must prepare new employees, clients, or children for the path. Help them learn the skills so they can succeed.
- Share your lessons learned when things didn’t go well. Help them take risks. Mistakes are part of the process. Especially when we learn from them.
