Individual and Team Coaching
Joyce understands the power of accountability and personality development. Learning often needs guidance and facilitation through her training and development workshops to transform learning into “doing”. She utilizes a combination of action tools, respect activities and highly developed interpersonal skills. Joyce provides clients with candid feedback, guidance to connect wants and needs into goals with action steps, and solid results. She shares the newest research on facts about stress.
Joyce provides options for both in-person and group face to face coaching services:
One on One: After assessing organizational issues and personal capabilities, Joyce is able to create the actionable performance check points for implementation through one on one coaching. This person to person phone coaching is based on a weekly accountability call that ensures a highly effective outcome for the individual. It often includes sessions with their direct reports or supervisor to help produce change and new outcomes...to resolve conflict in the workplace.
Joyce created an On-Demand E-Course to help her clients reinforce the skills they just learned in the sessions. It is also designed for people who were not able to participate in her training. Communicate with Impact! is a 4 week course that participants take online to fit their individual schedules. It helps them learn how to take control of their time and hold their own with bullies and pushy people. Students have unlimited email coaching for 2 months with Joyce, receive video tutorials and short written assignments. They receive the Communication with Impact Guide and an online assessment tool. Group and In Person Coaching:
Teams: From her leadership consulting expertise, when offering group coaching, Joyce is able to extrapolate the SWOT (Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats) revelations from her customized assessment tools to create the actionable activities that enable high performers to contribute measurably to the progress of the company and team...to improve the working condition.
Joyce utilizes this consultative information and is then able to connect with individual team members (and their direct reports or supervisors) to not only bridge communication and performance gaps, but assist in the creation of core competencies of maximum impact...to improve respect in the workplace.
