Methods

Joyce specializes in leadership training, effective communication, executive training, and personal coaching. With her, you can start working on becoming your personal best.

She structures each telephone session with a results-driven agenda. Together, you’ll follow up on the previous meetings and what action was taken between sessions. Joyce provides support between sessions. She’ll focus on your coaching and development – and see your goals met by helping you learn and use effective skills.  After the coaching ends, she’s always available for questions and clarification.
